  For two years The ViC was “Arizona’s Favorite MicroZine,” instigating a lot of strange joint events that brought disparate bands together for a night of craziness at some lucky club. Night of 1000 Hooks, Night of 1000 Anchors, Night of 1000 Pins, Night of 1000 Drugs, the list goes on and on. While it lasted, and bands were good-natured enough to want to be sent up in a sendup of 16 Magazine, it was as good a scene as you could hope for.
